MEET RENEE GRAY, FOUNDER OF PEOPLE FIRST CONSULTING

Renne C. Gray, owner and chief executive officer for People First, LLC, possesses more than 30 years of experience in human resources and employee relations. She received her B.S. degree in organizational management and is certified as both a Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), and an approved HRCI Recertification Provider. As a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Mediator, Renee has specialized training in general civil mediation, as well as mediation for domestic violence and workplace mental health.
